Need Help with your Dog or Puppies?
For a day now, our cat has been peeing and pooping a lot – any ideas what might be causing this? She has peed I-don’t-know-how-many-times-now and has taken three poops in one day. I know it could be diabetes or a urinary tract infection, but would either be causing the pooping as well? We haven’t been feeding her any extra either. She is a few years old now.

I am preparing my nice sized 1 bedroom basement apartment for two 2 month old American Shorthair kittens later this year or early next year.I have seen cat owners purchase a hooded basket and place a nice soft pillow in it and turn it into a cat bed. I want to do the same.I read that big hooded baskets make great cat beds.I plan on placing them across from my bed.I can’t wait to wake up later this year or early next year and look across and see my cats in their beds first thing in the morning.I can look across and see my 2 cats’ faces. I saw a cat condo at Petsmart for $200. Do cat condos come any cheaper.I want to place it in my living room for them to climb and sit on when they hang out with me in the living room.I go to the living room to watch tv,listen to music, and do my art and I want them to keep me company up there.I read that cat condos are great because of the many levels the cats can climb.Where can I get one for reasonbable price?
I met a girl in the grocery store that was looking for ear mite medicine for a puppy. She had in her hand ear mite treatment for cats. I quickly explained to her that you can’t use cat stuff on dogs let alone a seven week old puppy. She asked where to get some for puppies. I told her you shouldn’t mess around with ear mites. If your dog/puppy has a problem it is your responsibility to have it treated. She said that she doesn’t have the money to take her puppy to the vet. I asked her why she got a puppy if she can’t afford to take care of it. Anyway, I just want to know if there is an over the counter medicine for puppies and would help with ear mites. Any help is appreciated.
I am just wondering if things can be passed from cat to human? My new kitten is sick 
she has diarrhea and is on drops to settle her tummy from the vet, and on a chicken and rice diet for the next 5 days as he said this is easy on her tummy. It is so awful seeing her sick, I just got her on the weekend I have been cleaning up after her, I have been very careful and washing my hands every time but it wouldn’t be hard to catch something as I have been around it for 2 days now. Anyway today I have been feeling upset in the tummy and had some diarrhea myself, is it possible that I have caught something? I will ask the vet when I go back tomorrow but just wanted to know if it can happen? Is this sympathy sickness, coincidence, or is it possible? I have been up for 2 nights and am exhausted, upset and stressed over my poor little baby so that might be why I am run down.
Hi all, thanks so much for all your answers!!!! Just to let you know, Isis is doing much better! She is eating all her chicken and rice I cook her (she eats it like she is the most deprived starving cat in the world lol) and the diarrhea is not completely all gone, but much better! As for me, I am back to normal, I finally got some sleep and am glowing because I’m so happy to be a proud cat owner!!!!!!
we wanna get a cat from a shelter, the description says the cat is child friendly…so Im gonna ask,what are the pros and cons of having cats with children under 5 years old?
