becuz my sisters cat gave birth on the 3rd and one cat is all grey and ive always wanted a russian blue, so is it a russian blue or is it just a completley grey cat???

That cat is just a grey cat. Russian Blue’s are an actual breed that have to come from other Russian Blue’s. But I bet this kitty is just as pretty as a RB.
I believe the Cat Fanciers Association recognise the Russian Blue and the Chartreuse (from France) as distinct breeds. Of course a cute little grey kitten is neither one of those unless it comes from a pure-bred mom and pop.
I believe the RB has a more slender form (more Siamese-like) and the Chartreuse is a very solid, chunky cat. They are both all grey.
It’s just a grey cat. Russian Blue is a pedigree cat, and must come from a Russian Blue family. I’m sure s/he will be loved all the same, and everyone admires the gorgeous blues!
It’s not even an actual gray, there is a definite bluey sheen to a Blue cat.
It’s a mixed, but she (he?) sounds adorable and will have lots of love to give the right human foodbringer person.
